I’ve had a habit for many years, as I’m sure many others have, of clearing paths that I travel by foot. I can’t help it. I kick stones out of the way, clear branches, whatever I happen upon. It only makes sense and I’ve never thought anything of it. I was thinking today what a perfect metaphor for life that is. We don’t have to take the whole world on at once, just deal consciously with what’s in front of us.

Just imagine if everyone cleared the path for others in whatever way they could, even just a little at a time.

It doesn’t take much. A little kick here, a toss there as obstacles appear. Some are not as easy as others. Some need chainsaws and bulldozers a team will need to provide in some form. We can each do what we can do. Many “rock kickers” have joined into teams of “earth movers” and I’m blessed to know many of them. Either way, even with the seemingly small stuff, just kick it aside and keep on.

We each make a huge difference in spite of what we’ve been told. It’s the activation of that conscious impulse that matters, and our response to the immediate need.

Time is speeding up, the sand in the hourglass of our lives is flowing, and our everyday existence is a challenge, a struggle in one way or the other. In our reckless and relentless pursuit of materialism, we have become slaves to sense bound thinking and have lost touch with the etheric world which vitalizes all of nature. We are divorcees, estranged from the magical, wondrous realms we experienced as children.

As we grow into adult hood and take on the conformity and allure of modern life, we tend to believe that the enchanted meetings and marvelous moments of our childhood were just an illusion—the creation of an infantile state of mind.

The loss of this awareness is beautifully illustrated by the poet Wordsworth: ‘But yet I know, where’er I go, that there hath past away a glory from the earth…..Whither it is fled the visionary gleam? Where is it now, the glory and the dream?'


Multiple realities
There is no such thing as ‘empty space’ per se. No matter where we are, at home, the pub, the office, the chair that I am sitting in typing these words, we share our space with other dimensions, other states of being, that vibrate outside of our awareness. Because we are not hard wired into their ‘channel’, for us they do not exist….but some of them through sympathetic resonance are aware of us.

We don’t have a clue that anything is there in ‘empty space’, that is, until we are alerted by their presence; a fleeting glimpse of movement on the periphery of our vision, or the feeling that something is with us in the room… and watching. A creeping chill at the back of our neck, or the sudden disappearance of an item that we’re using, only to have it reappear in a place that we know we didn’t put it.

All tribal cultures have stories of ‘little people’, and other beings that live in the air, water, rocks and trees. These otherworld entities have many names and are usually feared by indigenous earth based people. Sage, sweet grass, cedar and other high frequency plants are burned in an effort to dispel negative ‘spirits’ from homes and other dwellings.

Integrated Spirituality: Unearthing Heaven in Our Bodies to Save What is Left of the Planet

An integrative spirituality is one in which our bodies, minds, and emotions all inform and maximize the development and flowering of one another. The result of this rich becoming, which then serves the world its gifts, passion, integrity, beauty, and creativity is an integrative spirituality. This process, however, is as difficult as it is enjoyable.

A cornerstone of this integrative path is transformation, via converting darkness into light. To do so requires a certain disintegration process, so that the threshold distinguishing one phase (darkness) can be transformed into another (light).

When joy and fulfillment are found from pain and despair – the latter experientially correlate with the depths of our bodies as the locus for the disintegration-integration process – it is our bodies that bear this light, because we first embraced and allowed ourselves to be acted on by the dark’s difficulty. The result, then, is to feel light as deeply as we felt our darkness, through the very channels that caused us so much pain. This can also be described as the union of Yin and Yang, which in perennial wisdom represents wholeness, integration, and sustainability.

Waking Times It’s almost a cliché. Working alone, an inventive genius pioneers new devices that ultimately change the world but his genius is barely recognised and he goes on to die in relative poverty; and whilst he dies, virtually alone and unrecognised, his inventions eventually transform life across the planet.

Unfortunately it’s pretty much the story of Nikola Tesla, the scientific visionary whose inventions shaped much of the 20th century, whilst the man himself has been all but forgotten. And it is no exaggeration to call Tesla a visionary.

In contrast to many scientific pioneers who spent years developing their projects, Tesla’s ideas were often conceived and perfected in his mind’s eye in an instant.

“Birth, growth and development are phases normal and natural,” said Tesla, but, “It was different with my invention(s). In the very moment I became conscious of it, I ‘saw’ it fully developed and perfected…”

In fact these extraordinary powers of memory and visualisation were to characterise much of his life and work. One day while walking with a friend in Budapest, Tesla was reciting lines from Goethe’s Faust when the idea of a rotating magnetic field suddenly appeared before him, literally. In an instant Tesla knew how to produce the alternating current.

“Can’t you see it right here in front of me, running almost silently?” He asked his companion: “It is the rotating magnetic field that does it… Isn’t it beautiful? Isn’t it simple? My motor will set man free, it will do the work for the world.”

He was in every sense of the word a scientific visionary; he initially developed the fluorescent bulb and neon lights; he pioneered the speedometer and the car ignition system, and helped reveal the basic scientific principles behind electron microscopes, and the microwave oven. Yet apart from a small but enthusiastic following that has grown around him, most people have hardly even heard of Nikola Tesla.

During the last week of Earth time, there has been an influx of energy specifically focused on neutralizing anger within the human memory. Anger is a huge energy that has been carried over, and often grown, from incarnation to incarnation. Its removal will take time, but it is essential that this emotion be neutralized. As long as anger is left unresolved, it can very easily turn into a destructive force.  

The Self part of you (Ego) uses anger, by stuffing it away behind other emotions and experiences, often bringing it out when you least expect it. Many lightworkers actually have a fear of expressing anger, as they feel that it is not spiritual to do so. However, expressing anger is the only way to release it. Anger cannot be wiped clean by some magic wand; it has to be released through the process of expression.  It is only when anger is not expressed that it becomes problematic.

There are many healthy ways to express and release anger. The most important thing when letting the anger go, is to not allow yourself to direct that anger at another person. Most of the time, they are just a convenient target for your anger, and very rarely are they the true source of the anger.  However, whenever you direct your anger at someone, you are contributing to your anger's growth, instead of its neutralization. Also, learn to identify the difference between annoyance and anger. Very often what you call anger is really annoyance. Yes, annoyance can lead to anger, but it begins as a different emotion.
