Have you experienced a moment when you felt something wasn’t right or was absolutely perfect? Like walking into a house for rent or sale, and you instantly know it’s the right place to live. Or you take up a job or a task and know whether it would work out or not.

Its that inner voice telling you the solution to problems and decision-making without the use of rational processes and logical reasoning. It’s your intuition that just knows. Researchers describe intuition as “rapid intellect” or “condensed reasoning” which is present in each and every living being. The word “intuition” comes from the Latin word intueri, which means knowledge from within.

Intuition is the connecting path between the subconscious and conscious mind. Your subconscious mind, applicably, converses with the conscious mind all the time. This phenomenon of the inner world is popularly known as “gut feeling”. Having a gut feeling is as natural as feeling sad, happy or angry.

When a friend wants support or simply a vote of confidence, you likely respond and do what you can. After all, compassion and support for others is wired into your nature. It’s encoded in your DNA to care about others and to step in when a loved one feels down or wants encouragement.

Acknowledge yourself for stepping in and being that rock of support. As you help others, in even simple ways, you lift your own energy higher and accelerate your spiritual progress.

Question for March 2014

The question this month is this: Are you able to stand up for yourself as you do for others?

If you haven’t considered this idea recently, March is an excellent time to do so. This month’s energies will catalyze a review of self-worth and self-love – perhaps triggering reflection of how true you are able to be with yourself.

It takes great courage to be true to yourself, regardless of the world’s feedback. Developing this type of courage involves a process over time. Some days will be easier than others.

The strength of character that you are building is rooted in self-love – standing up for yourself even when no one seems to see you or recognize your talents. It means that you step up and give yourself the acknowledgement and support you deserve. It also requires that you stop caring so much about what others think, stop pleasing people, and stop worrying about whether you have done enough to help others.

When you have enough self-love, helping others will become more of your active expression, not less. You won’t need a measuring stick. You will simply give, in appropriate ways, because that is the right thing to do.

I’ve had a habit for many years, as I’m sure many others have, of clearing paths that I travel by foot. I can’t help it. I kick stones out of the way, clear branches, whatever I happen upon. It only makes sense and I’ve never thought anything of it. I was thinking today what a perfect metaphor for life that is. We don’t have to take the whole world on at once, just deal consciously with what’s in front of us.

Just imagine if everyone cleared the path for others in whatever way they could, even just a little at a time.

It doesn’t take much. A little kick here, a toss there as obstacles appear. Some are not as easy as others. Some need chainsaws and bulldozers a team will need to provide in some form. We can each do what we can do. Many “rock kickers” have joined into teams of “earth movers” and I’m blessed to know many of them. Either way, even with the seemingly small stuff, just kick it aside and keep on.

We each make a huge difference in spite of what we’ve been told. It’s the activation of that conscious impulse that matters, and our response to the immediate need.

Integrated Spirituality: Unearthing Heaven in Our Bodies to Save What is Left of the Planet

An integrative spirituality is one in which our bodies, minds, and emotions all inform and maximize the development and flowering of one another. The result of this rich becoming, which then serves the world its gifts, passion, integrity, beauty, and creativity is an integrative spirituality. This process, however, is as difficult as it is enjoyable.

A cornerstone of this integrative path is transformation, via converting darkness into light. To do so requires a certain disintegration process, so that the threshold distinguishing one phase (darkness) can be transformed into another (light).

When joy and fulfillment are found from pain and despair – the latter experientially correlate with the depths of our bodies as the locus for the disintegration-integration process – it is our bodies that bear this light, because we first embraced and allowed ourselves to be acted on by the dark’s difficulty. The result, then, is to feel light as deeply as we felt our darkness, through the very channels that caused us so much pain. This can also be described as the union of Yin and Yang, which in perennial wisdom represents wholeness, integration, and sustainability.

The people, the ones which have already heard about it will be very pleased. Today we announce that the reunion of the twin-flames is about to happen. This reunion is of utmost importance and is paramount to create the energetic potential so the Gates of Ascension may be flooded with the required light energy.

What is now about to come will change humanity. Step by step the people will awake. Many of them are already awake but most of them are still deeply sleeping. With the awakening, people will realize that they have been living in an illusion. With the awakening people will realize they have been living within lies. These lies however will no longer last for humanity can see through the fabric of lies.

During the last week of Earth time, there has been an influx of energy specifically focused on neutralizing anger within the human memory. Anger is a huge energy that has been carried over, and often grown, from incarnation to incarnation. Its removal will take time, but it is essential that this emotion be neutralized. As long as anger is left unresolved, it can very easily turn into a destructive force.  

The Self part of you (Ego) uses anger, by stuffing it away behind other emotions and experiences, often bringing it out when you least expect it. Many lightworkers actually have a fear of expressing anger, as they feel that it is not spiritual to do so. However, expressing anger is the only way to release it. Anger cannot be wiped clean by some magic wand; it has to be released through the process of expression.  It is only when anger is not expressed that it becomes problematic.

There are many healthy ways to express and release anger. The most important thing when letting the anger go, is to not allow yourself to direct that anger at another person. Most of the time, they are just a convenient target for your anger, and very rarely are they the true source of the anger.  However, whenever you direct your anger at someone, you are contributing to your anger's growth, instead of its neutralization. Also, learn to identify the difference between annoyance and anger. Very often what you call anger is really annoyance. Yes, annoyance can lead to anger, but it begins as a different emotion.
